Workiro Workflows: should your practice management system already do this?

Workiro has released Workflows for professional firms. Build a process once and the system routes every step consistently across the client base, so year-end work moves from preparer to reviewer, back for amendments, and on to the client for approval with documents, communication and an audit trail all staying connected. There is an AI-generated handover summary at each step, so the next person is not reassembling the story out of an inbox.

Eriona Bajrakurtaj likes it and still asks the question a lot of firms will be thinking: why does this need to be a separate product? A practice management system should already know who owns a job, what stage it is at, what is outstanding and who reviews it next.

Her conclusion is not a criticism of Workiro. They are solving a real problem precisely because so many practice management systems do not do this well enough, or at all.
