Indi Tatla has read through them, with a detour into why the Australian version of The Traitors is so much more direct than ours. Many reviews come from long-time Xeros who clearly care, and who want the company to be about people again rather than a Silicon Valley way of measuring performance. CEO sentiment looks low, and September looks like a particularly bad month.
Ryan Pearcy has looked at the ratings over time. They were steady for a business of that size, then from July they drop off a cliff. He links that to the change in direction the channel has felt, and to the frustration that has spilled out in the accounting community recently.
Indi has a lot of empathy for the UK team, who have been under pressure after the last month, and notes that most of the drop came from Australia and New Zealand rather than the UK.
